Ryan Johnson has spent the past 7 years honing his expertise in coaching flag football; (serving as Head Coach of Team ACE for more than 20 seasons).  During his time on the field, Team ACE has consistently been regarded as one of the top flag football programs in Arizona. Under Coach Johnson's leadership Team ACE has won multiple Season Championships, Season Tournament Championships and Major Statewide Tournaments.  At the Chandler Primetime League Coach Johnson holds the records for "Most Tournament Championships by a Coach, Most Division Titles by a Coach and is Second for most wins of All Time by a Coach."

Because of his continued success, Team ACE has grown into a multi-team franchise consisting of more than 85 athletes in the South Valley.



  Brian Winstead

rian Winstead has been coaching youth from the 6 and under to high school level for several years. He also played football and baseball in high school and independent leagues at a high level. Winstead is currently the coach for some of Team Ace's  8u – 12u teams and is the head coach for a Junior High football team. He is part of Arizona Cardinals Pro Camps as well as Larry Fitzgerald's youth camp. 

His mission is to develop young talent on and off the field to by teaching kids how to play the game the right way, with a positive attitude. His goal is to help them succeed and have fun playing the game.

 
Paul Elvira

Former Arizona Wildcat football player(wide receiver) and also an alumni! Paul was a Semper Fideli All-American in high school, and speed and agility training is something that Paul has been doing since he was a kid!

He specializes in speed, footwork, strength, conditioning, movement, and receivers! Paul will push you to be the best athlete you can be, and you will also be a great student to the game!
